The dance music
influences brought in by Christy and Brendan transformed the sound
on this first release by the classic core line-up.
The Gun is Cocked
was recorded in front of 10,000 people at a squat gig in Rome. The
venue, Forte
Prenestino is a Napoleonic era fort that has been squatted for
more than a decade.
Brixton 91 was
actually recorded at Thunderdome Studios, Leyton, London. Inferno
studios do not exist ...and neither does 'Popeye' Perry!
